- • Refunds must be requested in writing at least 10 days before the event — no later than November 13, 2026.
- • Within 10 days of the event no refunds are issued: hotels, transport and events are already contracted in your name.
- • Leaving the tour early does not generate a refund for unused nights, meals or workshops.
- • Every participant must carry valid travel & medical insurance and a passport valid for the full stay.
